Monster ... fat cat Ulric weighed the size of a three-year-old child

BRITAIN'S fattest cat has been put on a crash diet to save its life after ballooning to twice his ideal weight.
Monster moggy Ulric tipped the scales at 2st 2lbs - the average weight of a THREE-YEAR-OLD.
The Norwegian Forest cat spent years gorging on biscuits and scoffing his sister Ulla’s food.
And now the seven-year-old feline is a finalist in a six-month diet and exercise programme for overweight pets.
Owner Jan Mitchell, from Dorchester, Dorset, said: "He is a lovely cat but he’s just very greedy and lazy, he doesn’t do any exercise and spends all day lying around.
"I don’t remember him being particularly abnormally large, but by the time he was 15 months old he was 1st 3lbs.
"He just kept getting bigger and bigger and when he hit the two stones mark that’s when the alarm bells started ringing.
